Sandy has been working professionally in the Entertainment Industry for 30 years. She started her career doing Theatre at Bartlett High School in Anchorage, Alaska. From there she continued as a Theatre Major at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, eventually leaving to pursue a career in New York. Espousing the theory of "follow the work," she eventually left New York for Florida, then to Massachusetts/Rhode Island, finally ending up in Southern California.

Other Activities -

Non-Profit Executive - in addition to events and project management, Sandy also founded and is the Executive Director of the Pilonidal Support Alliance, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organization to provide support and information for patients around the world suffering from Pilonidal Disease. The initial website went online in 2000 and became a legal entity and charitable corporation in 2005. The organization is the number one destination world-wide for patients and doctors with an interest in the condition.

Content Creator - Sandy joined the virtual world of Second Life in 2004 and began creating content for the platform in 2005. She has built a very successful creative design business as the avatar Isablan Neva and gives back to the Second LIfe community by sponsoring the Second LIfe Botanical Gardens.

Awards & Honors - Sandy's charitable activities have earned her a listing in the 2010 & 2011 Editions of Who's Who in the World, the 2004 - 2010 Editions of Who's Who in America, the 2000-2001 Edition of Who's Who in the West, and the 2006 edition of Who's Who in American Women.
